Malibu Middle/High School Structures - Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) [February 2018 - June 2021]
Senior scheduling services were provided for the comprehensive construction management of the $50 million Malibu Middle & High School modernization and expansion program. The project included the construction of multiple classroom facilities, a new administration building, parking lot development, extensive renovations to existing structures, and various campus-wide improvements.
Comprehensive schedule oversight was performed throughout all phases of the project, including detailed review and analysis of preliminary and baseline schedules, evaluation of periodic schedule updates, and identification of potential risk and delay areas. Primary and secondary critical paths were analyzed to ensure alignment with overall project milestones and delivery objectives. Contractor-submitted Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) were reviewed and evaluated for accuracy and contractual compliance, and independent owner Time Impact Analyses were prepared to support informed decision-making. Scheduling coordination meetings were conducted regularly to maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and uphold project control standards across all stakeholders.
